Who is the Plath family’s lost son and brother?

As TV Shows Ace previously reported, the show featured some of the details surrounding Joshua’s death. The little one passed away on September 19, 2008. In an accident, Kim Plath ran over her toddler son. She had been moving fruit trees and then went to move the car. Somehow, she lost sight of her son and ended up running over him.

On the Plath family blog, Kim explained, “I looked for our 17-month-old Joshua, saw that he was away from the vehicle, then pulled forward to get the next tree. In a panic, I realized what had happened. I ran over our Joshua.” She adds that she “Lived the next hour nonstop in my brain for the next 8 months.”

She said of the moment, “I had just seen him and I thought it was okay.”

On the blog, Kim wrote that she “totally lost [her] will to live.” She also said, ”I would have just curled up and died.” Through it all, her husband Barry was there to support her. She thanks him for being there and helping her through this challenging time.

At the time of his death, Kim was expecting another baby.

Moriah, Ethan, & Olivia pay tribute

On Joshua’s birthday, April 15, some of the family members went to the cemetery to pay tribute to Joshua. On Instagram, Moriah and Olivia Plath both documented their trip to the cemetery. In addition to Moriah and Olivia being there, Ethan Plath, as well as Moriah’s boyfriend Max Kallschmidt, went.

On her Instagram stories, Moriah shared a couple of photos taken at the cemetery. She writes, “Happy birthday Joshua. We love and miss you!”

Olivia also talked about Joshua on her stories. She shared the same photos and wrote, “Happy heavenly birthday, little one. I never got to meet you, but if you were anything like your siblings it would have been a joy.”
