‘Chrisley Knows Best’ Kyle Chrisley Celebrates Todd’s Birthday & ‘Faith’
Today, April 6th, is Todd Chrisley’s 52nd birthday. As imagined, most of the Chrisley children take to their Instagrams to wish the Chrisley Knows Best patriarch a happy birthday. This includes Todd’s formerly estranged oldest son, Kyle Chrisley. Keep reading to find out what Kyle has to say about his father.
Chrisley Knows Best Kyle Chrisley takes to Instagram to wish his dad a happy birthday
One of the many things that Chrisley Knows Best fans love about Todd Chrisley is how glaringly apparent it is that he loves his children. Even when Kyle was going through some of his low points, Todd still did what was best for his son. Fans get an emotional recount of this during a recently episode of Chrisley Confessions. Todd shares that Kyle was estranged from them for about three and a half years. However, Todd still knew what was going on with his oldest son since he had someone following him. “I had to learn to love Kyle from a distance,” shares Todd. He said this effort was made in order to “protect the rest of the family.”
However, since their reunion, it appears that things are going very well for the father-son duo. Heartwarmingly, Kyle takes to his Instagram to wish is old man a happy birthday. Kyle begins his caption with a sentence that is touching to see from any grown man. Kyle begins his birthday post as follows, “Happy Birthday Daddy!”

The oldest Chrisley son admires his father
Next, Kyle goes on to share a few of the reasons why he admires his father. “You have a faith in all of us like Jesus does and I could never thank you enough for believing in the best of me,” writes Todd’s oldest son. “That faith is what brought me to where I am today.” Assumably, this is a reference to all of his past struggles in life. Most of which ultimately result in Todd and Julie getting full custody of his daughter, Chloe.
Chrisley Knows Best Todd Chrisley candidly speaks about what Kyle went through. Also, he’s open about Kyle’s mental health. “Kyle is bipolar and normally people that are bipolar, they seek out a way to self-medicate, which is what Kyle has done since he’s been young.”
However, Kyle seems to appreciate and respect his father. He goes on to say the following in his Instagram post for Todd’s birthday. “I am so proud to be your son. I hope you have the best day! I love you so much @toddchrisley,” concludes Kyle’s birthday post to his day.
