However, with the latest casting news of Dan Feuerriegel stepping into the role of the prodigal DiMera son, most fans are hoping for a LUMI reunion as the end game. Now, this week, we will see the amazing chemistry and connection between Sami and Lucas. Sadly, their hook-up will have long-lasting repercussions and likely will not remain just between them for long.

Sami and Lucas’s tryst only will stay a secret if they cave to the demands of EJ DiMera’s sister Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduck). Kristen’s been impersonating Susan Banks for months. Her cover was blown once by Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey). So, Kristen had her banished to DiMera Island. Now, Days of Our Lives spoilers show Sami and Lucas also figure out Kristen’s dirty little secret.
Days of Our Lives spoilers know Kristen cannot just abduct or kill her sister-in-law. So she makes Sami and Lucas a deal. She’s got the goods on them as much as they have on her, so in her mind, it’s not really blackmailing. Kristen knows Sami and Lucas hit the sheets. So, in exchange for her not telling her brother his wife was unfaithful, Sami and Lucas must keep her Susan Banks charade a secret as well.
Days of Our Lives: Will There Be A LUMI Baby?
Days of Our Lives spoilers from the latest video show Lucas and Sami get quite steamy. The two are comfortable with each other and share such a long history stretching back to their teenage years. However, their sexy time was witnessed by Kristen. So their night of passion will already have a price to pay thanks to Kristen’s blackmailing of the pair.
Although there could also be a further-reaching repercussion for Sami’s one-nighter that neither will be able to keep secret too long. Perhaps their one night together results in a surprise pregnancy. Sami’s 42 years old on the soap, So a pregnancy at her age still is within reason. Sami’s admitted EJ hadn’t touched her in forever in that way. So when EJ returns to Salem this summer and finds his wife very pregnant, he’ll know for certain she cheated on him.
Of course, this is speculation. However, long-time LUMI fans would love these two back together. Certainly, a new baby would accomplish that on the NBC soap.
