Anime Streamer Funimation Releases Spring Schedule With Classics And New Shows, The List

What is Funimation, some of you might be asking?

Keeping up with all of the varied TV content is a full-time job these days, but if anime is your bag, anime kingpin Funimation is exactly where you need to be.

The network just released the Spring schedule and it’s crammed with classics and new series.

Funimation is the leading global anime content provider, has officially unveiled its Spring slate in the world of anime.

Their streaming services offer a growing catalog of over 700 anime series and 13,000+ hours of content available on 15 platforms and 49 countries, as the in-house team designs exclusive collectibles distributed through major retailers and an e-commerce site.  Funimation’s theatrical division is responsible for six of the top 20 anime films in the U.S.

Funimation is an independently operated joint venture between Sony Pictures Entertainment and Japan’s Aniplex, a subsidiary of Sony Music Entertainment (Japan) Inc.

For TV casting and streaming, the network promises “old favorites to brand-new discoveries.”
