In previous photos from Claire and Justin Duggar’s recent wedding, it looked like Claire’s mom might have been her maid of honor. Of course, this was all speculation. At this point, there have only been hints about Claire and Justin’s wedding party. Now, Claire is confirming the rumors and showing fans how close she really is to her mom.
Hilary Spivey celebrates her birthday with family
On her Instagram page, Hilary shared a couple of photos from her birthday celebration. She reveals that she got to spend her special day with her family. The mom of six is now 43 years old. She talks about how blessed she is to have spent her birthday with her family. It looks like even Justin and Claire were able to celebrate with her after returning from their honeymoon.
Claire Duggar wishes her mom a happy birthday in sweet post
On her own Instagram page, Claire posts a few photos of herself and her mom from her wedding day. In her post, she sweetly writes about her mom and the special bond they have. Claire writes:
“Over the weekend, I loved celebrating this amazing woman’s birthday! Not only is she my Mom, but also my close friend, so when it came time to choose my maid of honor, there was no doubt it should be her. After all, the thing to do is have your best friend, right? As I reached my teen years, our relationship went from mother-daughter, to very close friends. She has been my biggest support, brought me up in the ways of Christ, and guided me through my transition to adulthood. Not to mention, she’s a blast to go shopping with, and do activities together!”
From Claire’s post, it looks like she and her mom are very close to each other. In response to Claire’s post, fans are commenting and saying how sweet they think it is that Claire and her mom have such a great relationship.
