Yesterday (March 8th), Sister Wives Meri Brown takes to Instagram to give a heartfelt shout-out to her mother. While it was Meri’s mom’s birthday, coincidentally it fell on International Women’s Day. Also, March is Women’s History Month. Meri writes, “How appropriate that during Women’s History Month and celebrating amazing and strong women, we get to celebrate the existence of this amazing person too!”
However, that’s not how Meri stars her beautiful post in honor of her mother. She writes, “On days like today, I’m grateful my sweet mom doesn’t do social media, because I’m pretty sure she’d shoot me for this!” With great humor, Meri goes on to write, “So shhhh, our secret!”

Meri Brown’s Mother is ‘The Kindest and Sweetest Soul’
In the lengthy caption, Meri Brown uses every character she can to illustrate how great a woman her mom is. Not only is Bonnie “the kindest and sweetest soul,” but “you’ll never hear a negative thing come out of her mouth.” Not only that, but Meri shows appreciation towards her mother for knowing how to keep a secret. “She’ll keep all your secrets, although she blames it on forgetting them,” shares Meri.
One of the most relatable things Meri Brown writes about her mother is recounting how things would go “missing” during her childhood. Meri explains it’s not like “toys like most moms secretly get rid of.” Shockingly, Meri gives an example of furniture. However, it was always for a good reason. Lovingly, Meri writes, “because she knew a family who needed something more than we did.” And keeping with a good sense of humor, Meri shares, “Still have no idea where my childhood bed ended up.”
