‘Sister Wives’ Meri Brown Surrenders To Heated Backlash

Sister Wives Meri Brown

In 2017, Sister Wives fans watch Meri Brown bring her dream to reality. This dream is to own a bed and breakfast. But this bed and breakfast isn’t just any bed and breakfast. Lizzie’s Heritage Inn was once owned by Meri’s great-great-grandmother.

About Sister Wives Meri Brown’s Bed and Breakfast

Lizzie’s Heritage Inn is located at 94 North 100 East, Parowan, Utah 84761. According to the inn’s website, the bed and breakfast is “located in the gateway to some of the state’s most scenic attractions.” Some of these scenic attractions include the Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

With so many beautiful outdoor attractions to visit, guests may want to bring along their pets. Apparently, Meri Brown gets so much backlash in a recent Instagram post, that she turns off the comments for the picture. The recent post on Lizzie’s Heritage Inn has quite a lengthy caption. Luckily, it clears up a question that potential guests of the bed and breakfast may have.

In the photo, Sister Wives Meri Brown is grinning from ear to ear. She has a small cream-colored dog on her lap and a larger black dog at her feet. This is the same photo she posts on her personal Instagram that alludes that she prefers dogs to her husband, Kody Brown. However, on this Instagram post, the photo is used for informational purposes.

Clarification about Lizzie’s Heritage Inn pet policy

For starters, Meri Brown seems to keep the original caption. It seems like she just adds an edit at the end. And she uses that edit to explain herself and off an apology. Keep reading to find out what she’s sorry for.

At the beginning of the caption, Meri announces that “We love being a dog friendly inn!” According to the edit, this section originally said “pet friendly”. Come to find out that “pet friendly” isn’t the appropriate term to use for the inn’s pet policy.

Meri goes on to share more. She writes, “We know that pets are family and love to come along for the fun too.” Furthermore, she advises future guests to “Make sure to mention your furry friend when booking.” She concludes the original part of the caption by sharing excitement for hosting guests and their “furry friends”.

Ultimately Sister Wives Meri Brown explains that Lizzie’s Heritage Inn has a dogs-only policy. “We apologize for our original misuse of these terms,” writes Meri.

Does a dogs only policy keep you from wanting to visit Meri Brown’s bed and breakfast? Do you think the terminology mix-up was an honest mistake? Let us know in the comment section below. Make sure to come back to TV Shows Ace for more news about your favorite TLC stars.
