Rachel Lindsay is finally back on social media! As a result of all of the bullying she received recently, she decided to take a quick break. The former Bachelorette was caught in the middle of the Chris Harrison drama, and lots of fans of the franchise had something to say about it. Because of all of the negativity, she deactivated her Instagram account temporarily beginning on February 26. At the time, she was being accused of having something to do with Chris choosing to step down.

On March 6, she shared her first post on her account since she decided to take a break. She shared a photo of a bouquet of sunflowers. She wrote, “‘I want to be like a sunflower so that even on the darkest days I will stand tall and find the sunlight.'” This is a famous quote by an unknown author. Within 8 hours of sharing the post, Rachel had racked up just under 90,000 likes and countless comments. On her Instagram page, she has 950,000 people following her.

On Instagram, the number of likes she typically receives greatly varies, but this appears to be one of her best-performing posts so far.

Rachel Lindsay is welcomed back

In the comments section, many of Rachel’s followers are offering love and support. They seem to be happy that she’s back on social media. One fan writes, “Welcome back queen. All love and positive energy.” Former Bachelor contestant Victoria Paul says that Rachel shines “so bright.”

Others are simply writing that they love her and that they’re glad she’s back. Plus, she’s getting lots of heart emojis in the comments section.

Of course, throughout the whole ordeal with Chris, Rachel has been subject to plenty of criticism. So, she can’t seem to post on social media without getting a little bit of hate. Nonetheless, many of her followers are appreciating her positivity amid the ongoing issues with Bachelor Nation.

Rachel recently talked about how she wants to give others a chance to talk about how Chris’s words impacted them. While she was interviewing Chris when he defended Rachael Kirkconnell’s racist actions, she feels that his words mean more to others. She wants to make sure that those voices can be heard.
