Did Jill and Derick Dillard Attend Justin’s Wedding?
Jill Dillard and Derick seem a bit estranged from the rest of the Duggar family. So naturally, Counting On fans wonder if they attended Justin Duggar’s wedding to Claire Spivey. The couple married on Friday, February 26, 2021. Later, they went onto social media and shared photos. Afterward, Jill Dillard went online and talked about the wedding.

We reported that Claire and Justin shared a few wedding photos. Claire married in a white short-sleeved gown. For the special occasion, she braided her hair with flowers. Meanwhile, Justin wore a suit. Both of them captioned their posts with their wedding date. Although the young couple seems to have dated for just a short time, they knew each other since the family became friends a long time ago.
Engaged before their 20s they probably look forward to raising a young family. Of course, Duggar fans hunted for clues as to when the wedding might take place. And right up until the day of the wedding, Jill and Derick Dillard seemed to be getting on with their lives as usual. So it came as a nice surprise for Counting On fans when she posted about the wedding. If you don’t know, there seem to be a lot of problems between Jill and her parents since they left the TLC show.
A quick trip to Justin and Claire’s special day
When Jill posted about the wedding, she revealed she and Derick both wearing masks. Derick looked snappy in a dark suit. Meanwhile, Jill looked very attractive in her dress. First, she congratulated Justin and Claire. But then Jill Dillard explained that they just took a “quick…trip” to the wedding. One fan piped up and told Jill, “And that’s what everybody was dying to know. But how nice! And you look great! ❤️.”
A few fans teased Derick as it looked like he wore a small little man bun. But most people told Jill Dillard that she looked very nice in her dress. Other Counting On fans seemed confused as many of them expected the wedding would come along in April. But as a die-hard Duggar fan noted, “as we have seen since Jinger married they always post fake wedding dates to throw people off. There were March wedding dates listed too.”
As the Duggar clan’s famous for ignoring mask mandates, many fans complimented Derick and Jill Dillard for wearing their masks in the photo. One fan said, “This dress is absolutely gorgeous! Glad to see you guys being safe while enjoying important moments!”
Seeing as it sounds like just a quick trip, it’s not clear if Jill and Derick Dillard planned on joining any big family festivities after the wedding.
