See Josie Bates & Kelton Balka’s Cute Gender & Name Reveal For Baby No. 2
Willow Balka is going to have a little built-in best friend. Josie Bates and Kelton Balka’s second baby is a girl! The Bringing Up Bates couple made this big announcement with an adorable gender reveal. The couple first announced they are expecting their second baby in January.
On Instagram Thursday, Josie shared a couple of snaps of the family of three surrounded by pink confetti. They appear to be in a parking lot or on top of a parking garage. They’re all dressed in white. Josie’s tiny baby bump is slightly visible.
Along with the couple revealing that they are having another baby girl, they also shared her name. They are naming her Hazel Sloane.
In her post, Josie sweetly writes:
“Our hearts are overflowing with joy as we are anxiously waiting to meet our little Hazel Sloane! Willow has been running around the house saying ‘Sister, sister, sister’ for the past few weeks , and I can’t stop thinking about how much fun it’s going to be to see the friendship they’re going to create over the years. Growing up with sisters has been one of the sweetest things in life for me and I’m so so excited for Willow and Hazel to experience the special bond that sisters have 🤍 June can’t come soon enough 😍”
Bringing Up Bates fans react to Kelton Balka & Josie Bates’ gender reveal
On Josie’s post, fans are commenting and saying how excited they are for the little family. They think it’s great that Willow and Hazel are so close in age and will get to be best friends.
On her post, she’s getting a lot of attention. Anna Duggar commented, “Can’t wait to meet baby Hazel! Congratulations 💝” Carlin Bates says, “Ahhhh… SO pumped!!!! 💕💕💕” Zach and Whitney Bates write, “Ahhh, we can’t wait to meet her!🤩💕”
Prior to getting pregnant with Hazel, Josie had a miscarriage. She has been open about how difficult it is to be pregnant following a miscarriage. But, as Josie mentions in the gender reveal post, she is 21 weeks along. Things seem to be going smoothly as far as she’s told fans. The family is eager for the baby to join them soon.
