‘Jersey Shore’ Star Snooki Tests Positive For Covid-19
Jersey Shore captured the world’s attention back in 2009. The MTV reality television series followed eight housemates as they lived, worked, and most importantly partied in the Jersey Shore area. The series dealt with large amounts of controversy regarding the portrayals of Italian-American stereotypes. The terms “Guido/Guidette” were heavily scrutinized during the show’s run. Locals of the Jersey Shore were not fond of the series as the members of the show were not from the area.
Regardless, the series was widely popular with viewers who tuned in each week to see the chaos unfold. Fans watched the antics of “DJ Pauly D” as well as Michael “The Situation” Sorrentino. However, no other member of the Jersey Shore rose to such stardom as Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi.
Born in Santiago, Chile, Snooki was raised by her adopted Italian parents in upstate New York. “Snooki” became widely popular with viewers of the series. She even went on to star in the Jersey Shore spin-off Snooki & JWoww. Since her run on television, Snooki has continued to keep up with fans as she searches for the fame she once had on the Jersey Shore.

Snooki Tests Positive For Covid-19
The Jersey Shore star recently went to Instagram to wish fans a happy Valentine’s day. She unfortunately also informed fans of her recent exposure to Covid-19.
“Happy Valentine’s Day! This ones a bit different….
I have Covid. I’ve been isolated in my room since I found out. My family & I have been super cautious & careful, so this is super scary.My symptoms started out as just a bad sinus cold. Headache, Stuffy nose & mild cough. Then I felt super tired and ended up napping all day which made me go get tested.
Today i just feel groggy. I ended up losing my taste and smell last night. It’s fricken weird. I had a greasy cheese pizza & couldn’t taste a damn thing. WHAT A SIN.
The rest of my family tested negative, so i am here hiding out in my bedroom until this is over. Slide over to the next pic. I woke up to roses and chocolates thrown on my floor from my family. Still showing my quarantine ass Love on Valentine’s Day!
Appreciate all of your concerns, but I am ok! Please stay safe everyone! “
Snooki’s family has tested negative for the virus. She remains optimistic as she waits out her quarantine. Jersey Shore costar Jwoww wished her friend well during this time. Many other fans also wished the star well on her recovery. However, some were not so supportive.
