Honey Boo Boo Lashes At Critics Of Mama June
Honey Boo Boo (aka Alana), appeared in the Mama June: Road to Redemption teaser recently. The new season from WEtv picks up from Family Crisis. June returned, went into rehab, and now fans see her daughter Alana confront her. But she won’t take any criticism of her mother on social media. Or, her sister Pumpkin for that matter. She lashed out at trolls who dissed on her on January 21.
Honey Boo Boo cried but won’t stand for critics trolling on Mama June
We reported that a teaser dropped for the upcoming season of Mama June, In it, fans see Alana crying as she asks her mom, “Why wasn’t you there in the moments I needed you most?” Well, June admitted she abandoned her daughter, but said she “hit rock bottom.” And June said everyone “deserves a second chance.” So clearly, since the last season, she met Honey Boo Boo again and they talked it over.
Fans know that at the moment, Mama June lives in Florida with Geno. She nears her 12th month of sobriety and really tries getting her life together. Meanwhile. Honey Boo Boo still lives with her sister Pumpkin. Recall, Pumpkin took over temporary custody of her when her mom made off with Geno and lived out of an RV. It’s not clear why they relocated to Florida. But potentially, June needs to stay away from an enabling situation when it comes to drugs. Some people trolled on Mama June for her bad parenting, and Alana took them to task.
Trolls get a tongue-lashing from Alana
InTouch Weekly notice an exchange in the comments section of a post by Alana last week. Alana posted up a photo of her wearing nails and false eyelashes. She captioned it with, “purrr 🤩 ! ( we’re gonna ignore the fact my nails are broke okay ! ).” And a lot of Mama June: From Not to Hot fans liked her lashes. So did her aunt Doedoe who wrote, “Ohhhh I love those lashes❤️❤️❤️❤️.” But trolls climbed aboard and started saying nasty things about it.
One of them criticized Honey Boo Boo for wearing lashes and nails. They added, “Where’s the parenting?” Then things became quite nasty as someone else responded with cruelty. They commented, “Well, her mother is a coke head and she’s being raised by her sister.” And then they added, “Whether it’s nice or not, it doesn’t matter. It’s a fact.” Well, June isn’t a coke head anymore. And fans think Pumpkin does a good job with her little sister.

Alana commented, saying she doesn’t “much care what y’all gotta say about [her].’ Then Honey Boo Boo added “But one thing y’all ain’t finna do is talk about my mama and my sister..My mom is now sober of almost a year and I couldn’t be prouder of her and yes I’m being raised by my sister but hey, I think she’s doing a damn good job at it!”
