Catelynn Lowell Remembers Babies Lost To Miscarriage With Sweet Gesture
Teen Mom OG star Catelynn Lowell has made a sweet gesture in honor of the two babies she’s lost during a miscarriage. And, the MTV personality was kind enough to share this sweet gesture with her followers on Instagram.
Catelynn Lowell pays tribute to miscarried pregnancies with angel tattoo
The MTV personality took to Instagram yesterday to show off an adorable angel tattoo. While it was a pretty zoomed in picture, it looked to be on her ankle. In the caption of her Instagram post, Catelynn Lowell thanked the tattoo artist Lance Kellar for the work.
As US Weekly, this fresh tattoo follows on the heels of Catelynn Lowell opening up about discovering she was pregnant with her fourth child in November. Unfortunately, she miscarried the baby just a few days later. It was a little over a week ago on December 8th that she broke the news on Instagram.
I WAS Pregnant and excited to share it with all of you and I am heartbroken to reveal that I lost the baby. I am sharing this to let you know you are not alone. We are all in this together and everyone experiences pain, loss, and the recovery from it.”
Now, the MTV personality didn’t have to share this information with her fans. No one knew she was pregnant and it was her private, personal life. That being said, she didn’t want to keep her lost baby a secret. Likewise, she wanted other women (and parents) who suffered from miscarriages to know it was alright. So, she seized the opportunity to raise awareness on miscarriages.
She added to her post: “I opened up about this only to help those who are experiencing the same thing to know that there’s someone else every day experiencing this. This was painful to share… but again, you’re not alone.”
She previously suffered a miscarriage in 2017.
Every miscarriage is devastating. But, Teen Mom fans can only assume it is more so for Catelynn Lowell who is no stranger to this type of emotional pain. Catelynn Lowell has previously suffered a miscarriage a few years ago in 2017. She, however, admitted second miscarriage was a little easier for her to cope with emotionally. For example, she explained it didn’t take as long for her to get back to a healthy headspace.

This new tattoo is her way of honoring the two babies that never entered the world. And, her Instagram followers were happy to see this sweet gesture.
