How Did Dorit Kemsley Make A Little Jingle From Kris Kringle?
Dorit Kemsley is one of many reality show stars who’ve contracted COVID-19. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star posted a video of herself and her kids. In the video she shared a socially-distanced Santa Experience with Jagger and Phoenix. Her two small children look absolutely thrilled to see Kris Kringle.
Kemsley captioned the video, “some of you may already know, I have recently recovered from contracting COVID-19. It was an incredibly dark time for me and our family.” She said it took a bigger toll of her physical and emotional health than she thought. She also expressed she wanted people to take every precaution they could to stop the spread and keep everyone safe.
Why Do Fans Think Dorit Kemsley Is Using COVID As A Way To Make Money?
In the post Dorit Kemsley said she found a Holiday Courier to help her make the kids Christmas special. She revealed she’d been separated for them for two weeks. Dorit said the video was from a Santa zoom call. She gave a discount code to get your own Santa zoom and visit.
The video shows Santa on his laptop and Dorit and the kids in front of their tree. Dorit says, “Santa I’m so happy to see you. I didn’t think we’d get to see you this year.” Santa sang to them, “You Better Watch Out,” as the three of them danced. The part fans thought might be a money grab was the discount code for Holiday Courier.
She described the company on her post. She said, “a service that sends a variety of holiday characters straight to your house to deliver your gifts and perform a special holiday greeting whilst keeping a safe distance of 6 feet.” A rep for the service didn’t return a request for comment to Page Six. It’s safe to assume it could have been sponsored because a lot of her posts are. Some fans think cashing in on Corona is weird, others think it’s a normal thing for a star to do.
The other reality stars on set who contracted COVID were Kyle Richards and Kathy Hilton. Kyle Richards sparked a bit of controversy when she admitted she’d been too sick to cook Thanksgiving dinner for her family. After that fans spotted her out in L.A. after allegedly testing positive. Then, once Dorit and Kathy also contracted it, reports said Season 11 production shut down for safety reasons.
Fans Wished Her Well On Instagram
Dorit Kemsley has a lot of well-wishers on her Instagram. One said, “So happy your [sic] better. Use your platform to make people understand it’s not like the flu and to wear a mask.” Another said, “Glad you are feeling better.
I love watching you and your children. You are a great Mom!”
