‘RHOBH’ Fans Troll Erika Jayne Over Embezzlement Suit
Erika Jayne has kept a low profile lately. Not only is she is in the middle of a messy divorce, but she’s also part of an embezzlement suit. Fans are furious that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star played a role in allegedly embezzling money meant for plane crash victims. Understandably, most people think that’s the lowest thing that one can do to a person.
Fans have come for Erika on Instagram since the embezzlement allegations came to light. However, she’s only dealing with a civil lawsuit. But the allegations do not make the situation any better. Erika hasn’t addressed the allegations, but that hasn’t stopped fans from roasting her.
Erika Jayne roasted on Instagram
The reality star broke her silence to post more glam photos on social media. On Monday, December 7, Erika Jayne took to Instagram to post a headshot. In the photo, she wore a white blazer with a white lace bustier. Of course, Erika was also dripping in diamonds. She simply captioned it with the cold-faced emoji.
Erika’s famous friends took to the post to show their support. As for the RHOBH fans, it was a different story. They brought up the embezzlement allegations. “That’s not ice, that’s embezzlement,” one fan joked. Others told Erika to enjoy her time in jail. Here are just some of the comments:
- “Lol u going to jail!”
- “Umm I think its [sic] cold in prison so you best get used to it gurl!”
- “U and hubby in trouble.”
- “Stealing money from widows and children? Was it worth it?”
- “Orange jumpsuit honey!”
However, not all of the comments were from trolls. One follower asked Erika if “everything is going okay with Tom?” The concerned fan said that he listened to “Sharells podcast,” which “has all the inside info on you guys,” meaning Erika and Tom. This comes amid the reports that the couple’s divorce is a “sham” to hide money from creditors and support their lavish lifestyles.
RHOBH star gets roasted on Twitter
The roasting isn’t just taking place on Instagram. Erika Jayne has gotten roasted on Twitter as well. On Friday, December 4, the Bravo star posted a black-and-white nude photo without a caption. One fan responded: “Hope you’re ready for prison!”
Another follower told the television personality: “They really gonna like you in prison. Maybe not, you probably look like hell without two pounds of makeup.”
A third added: “But wait, you literally stole from families who lost loved [ones] in a plane crash. Like how much lower can you get?”

The lawsuit claims that Erika’s husband, Thomas Giradi, has a long history of allegedly keeping money meant for his clients. He allegedly used the money to support “his and Erika’s lavish lifestyle,” according to the papers obtained by The Blast. In November, Erika filed for divorce from Tom after 21 years of marriage. She demanded spousal support to be awarded to her.
Neither Thomas nor Erika have responded to the allegations.
