Gwen Stefani reintroduces herself in a new music video. The pop star rocked cutoff shorts, a lace bralette, and fringe thigh-high boots. Over the weekend, she teased the release of her new song, “Let Me Reintroduce Myself,” and has been teasing fans with behind-the-scenes shots of her new music video.

The songstress recreated her iconic look from her “Just a Girl” music video. At 51 years old, Gwen proved that age is nothing but a number. The former No Doubt frontwoman rose to fame in the mid-1990s with her band. She became known for her colorful and eclectic style that often pushed the boundaries.

Gwen Stefani replicates her iconic look

The “Make Me Like You” shocked fans with her white crop top that featured mini gems on the red-and-blue detailing around the neckline. It showed off her decolletage and taut midriff. Gwen Stefani accessorized her look with layers of necklaces, one of which said “Shefani” while the other said her fiance’s name, “Shelton.” She kept the accessorizing going with bangle bracelets, gems, and stud earrings under her eyes.

As for her nails, she kept them short and painted them with red polish. Gwen styled her platinum blonde hair in her signature ponytails, which she rocked during her No Doubt days. She replicated her iconic “Just a Girl” music video look for her upcoming release.

The hit song is from the band’s breakout album, Tragic Kingdom, which just celebrated its 25th anniversary in October.

Fans were excited to learn that she’s going back to her pop roots. For one of her recent Instagram photos, Gwen snapped a selfie. She rocked her iconic look as she raised her arm and saluted the camera. Fans exclaimed that she hasn’t changed from her heyday.

In just two days, the photo received over 318,000 likes and over 4,200 comments. The photo was a hit with her 10.8 million fans. They were excited to see Gwen going back to her punk girl roots.

“I can’t believe you were the first artist I grew up loving and after all these years, I still am excited for all you do!” one follower wrote.

“God I miss the 90s. Always my favorite look of yours,” a second user wrote.

“Omg Gwen! Just a girl look!! You are a timeless beauty! I’m definitely ready,” a third one added.

Her new song dropped

On Monday, December 7, Gwen Stefani announced her new single. She teased her followers that new music is coming back soon. However, she hasn’t announced the details of her studio album. She previously told Jimmy Fallon back in October that she created 24 songs for an upcoming project.

In her new song, Gwen returned to her ska roots. “Let Me Reintroduce Myself” shows her returning to Jamaican music, which was the inspiration for No Doubt’s music catalog and Gwen’s solo efforts. The track opens with the same fuzzy radio tuning found in the intro of No Doubt’s “Underneath It All,” while it nods to her “Hollaback Girl” days with the lyric, “I already gave you bananas.”

Earlier this year, Gwen shared more duets with her fiance Blake Shelton on “Happy Anywhere” and “Nobody But You.” She also appeared on the remix of Dua Lipa’s “Physical.”
