JoJo Fletcher Tired Of Waiting, Will Marry Jordan Rodgers No Matter What
The coronavirus pandemic has postponed many weddings. One wedding in particular is former Bachelorette JoJo Fletcher. She was supposed to marry fiance Jordan Rodgers this year. However, the pandemic forced them to postpone it. Now, JoJo is giving fans an update on her new wedding timeframe.
JoJo Fletcher shares wedding update with fans
People shared what JoJo had to say about her changed wedding plans. They have changed their wedding and hope it can actually happen in May 2021. However, after waiting for so long, it sounds like JoJo and Jordan plan to marry no matter what.
JoJo said, I got reminded today that our new wedding day is actually six months away, and that came as a shock to me because I couldn’t believe that it’s six months away we’re getting married.” She continued, “Our new day is May of next year, and who knows what the state of our country and this world will look like, and I’m hoping at that point we are able to celebrate.”
If the world is still a mess and the pandemic is still happening, they will still wed. JoJo said, “I think that Jordan and I have decided, like, if it’s not going to work out to have this huge, extravagant wedding that we really have dreamed up, we’ll still do it on our own, together.” She continued, “We’ve been engaged — it will be five years by our new wedding day. If we have to push it another year — six years, crazy — we will get married no matter what!”
Their relationship
JoJo and Jordan met during her season of The Bachelorette in 2016. They celebrated what would have been their wedding day this past summer. She said even though she wasn’t marrying him that day, the wait would be all the more worth it.
In the summer of 2019, Jordan actually proposed to JoJo again. They were scoping out wedding venues and he surprised her. He even got her a new ring. These two are absolutely adorable together and fans can’t wait to see them marry and continue to watch their journey.
This past week, fans saw JoJo step into Chris Harrison’s role while he took his son to college. As a dear friend to Chris, everyone knew JoJo would be the perfect fit to fulfill hosting duties while Chris was away.
She will still be in the upcoming episode airing this coming Tuesday.
Stay tuned for more updates on JoJo and Jordan as their wedding date approaches.
