‘Welcome To Plathville’ How Much Do The Kids Learn In Their Homeschooling?

Welcome to Plathville from Instagram

The Welcome To Plathville family has made it clear they all homeschool. However, some people are questioning how much they actually learn after the kids didn’t know some pretty basic American history.

‘Welcome to Plathville’ What do they learn in school?

All the children on Welcome to Plathville were homeschooled by their parents. However, some are questioning how much they really learned in their homeschooling. According to Daily Soap Dish, the children don’t know when the revolutionary war was fought. Most kids learn this very early in school. Not only that, but they don’t know what the declaration of independence is. Moriah Plath also doesn’t know who the founding fathers are. Again, all things that most kids learn at a very young age. However, the Plath parents didn’t think to teach their kids these things.

This seems odd as they should be following a homeschool plan. However, apparently, they were not. Their mom, Kim Plath, has made it clear in many episodes that she taught her kids what to stay away from and what is wrong. However, it doesn’t seem like she taught them basic things that students should learn in school.

Other happenings in the show

Of course, the Plath family homeschooling isn’t all that’s being talked about in the Welcome to Plathville. Ethan and Olivia Plath revealed some pretty interesting news. It turns out, they are moving away. They have lived in Cairo for two years now but have decided it’s time to start fresh.

Olivia initially made the announcement on Instagram before the new episode of Welcome to Plathville came on.

A new episode of Welcome to Plathville drops tonight, and *spoiler alert* …,” Oliva writes on Instagram.

“Okay, I was just making sure you wanted to see the spoiler alert 😉
Ethan and I are getting ready to say goodbye to Cairo! We’ve had some good memories in the two years we have been here, but it’s time to move on and have a fresh start. Now the question is, where will we end up? 😂 I love big, bustling cities, and Ethan loves small, slow-paced towns so finding a new home will be interesting! 🤪 We don’t have the answer yet, but come watch tonight as we take the first step! 🥳,” she continues.

Of course, in the comments, everyone was super supportive. Many people even gave them suggestions on where to go. Only time will tell where they decide to move though.

Do you think that the homeschooling on Welcome to Plathville is thorough? Let us know in the comments below!
