Kendall Jenner offers a supportive message

On Thursday, November 26, Kendall Jenner took to Twitter to offer advice for those struggling with their mental health. Pandemic or not, it’s still a difficult time for many young people. Some are forced to see their families, while others are left alone. But Kendall had an uplifting yet simple message for her 30 million followers.

“In this past year I’ve found it hard to keep my spirits up at times and have struggled a bit with my mental,” she tweeted. “What gets me through it is gratitude! Be thankful today for what you have! Sending love.”

The KUWTK star received overwhelming support from her fans and followers. One user tweeted: “I am grateful to have you!” Another chimed in: “Your support means the world.” Kendall’s fans are grateful that she’s still making mental health an ongoing conversation.

How did the KUWTK star celebrate Thanksgiving?

Kendall Jenner joined Kourtney Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and her other family members for a dinner, according to E! News. She took to her Instagram Stories to share videos and photos from their celebration. In the series of photos, the supermodel gave her followers a sneak peek at their décor. “I was really, really young and I remember not being able to—feeling like I couldn’t breathe and venting to my mom and being like, ‘Mom, I feel like I can’t breathe. Something must be wrong,'” Kendall explained. “And of course she took me to a bunch of doctors just to make sure that I was okay physically, and I was. No one ever told me that I had anxiety.”

In an Instagram video, Kendall said the coronavirus pandemic took a toll on her mental health. She revealed that she has both “good days” and “some really anxious days.” The reality star wants to share her struggles so her fans know they’re not alone.
