Beloved television show Gilmore Girls aired from 2000 until 2007. So, Gilmore Girls fans rejoice in 2016 when Netflix air Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life. Furthermore, it only seems fitting that fans hear about some behind-the-scenes information from Scott Patterson on the fourth anniversary of the premiere of the Netflix revival special.
Undoubtedly, fans regularly yearn for a second season of Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life. Unfortunately, it didn’t come to fruition this year. Seemingly as a consolation, A Year in the Life airs on The CW. However, the excitement is short-lived as this ends on Thanksgiving.

Fans love Scott Patterson as Luke Danes. Undoubtedly, the chemistry between his character and Lauren Graham’s Lorelai Gilmore is one of the fans’ favorite things about Gilmore Girls. However, fans often wonder how the chemistry translates for the duo off camera.
Fans can rest assured, that pair seems to work as well off-screen as they do on-screen. While speaking with The New York Times, Patterson shares about a major personal accomplishment he shares with Graham.
Any fan of Gilmore Girls can speak to the fast-paced, witty banter between the character of the show. Consequently, it seems that Patterson and Graham both realize that their smoking habit may be detrimental to production. A testament to how quickly the characters speak is that the script “were 20 pages longer than the average hourlong series.”

Patterson reminisces on a day of filming to The New York Times. He recounts a time that he and Graham got a 10-page scene at 6:30 AM while the duo prepares for filming in the makeup chairs. “Lauren and I were sitting in the makeup chair. We looked at each other with this abject terror.” Seemingly without missing a beat, he says, “and then we got to work.”

Luckily for fans, People gives an update on what the Gilmore Girls cast is now. For example, Lauren Graham went on to star in Parenthood from 2010 to 2015.
As for as Scott Patterson goes, he’s had roles in the Saw movie franchise. Additionally, he’s been on 90210 and The Event. Excitingly, Patterson is also in pre-production for a couple of films. People names the films as The Rogue and Liberty.
