Heartbeat sleep aids for baby

The idea that a heartbeat helps newborns sleep isn’t new. And these days, companies sell sleep aids in the form of dolls. Sometimes, they come with breathing sounds and the beating of a heart. And others allow mom to record their own heartbeat. Some parents claim it helps their little one sleep. But, Very Well Family notes that not all of these sleep aid dolls are safe, and could present suffocation hazards.

Maybe the best way is for moms like Jade Roper to let their baby find the real heartbeat. Certainly, it worked for little Reed Tolbert.
