Katie Morton Talks Group Dates And Bennett Kissing Tayshia Adams
Tayshia Adams is on her journey to find love on The Bachelorette. And, she’s got some good guys vying for her heart. And, she’s also got some who are causing some controversy and drama. One moment in particular was when Bennett decided to kiss Tayshia in front of all the other men. And now, fellow alum Katie Morton is weighing in on that much talked about kiss. What she has to say may not be what one may think.
Katie weighs in on that Bennett kiss
US Weekly shared details about what Katie thought of that kiss from Bennett that created a stir. When Bennett walked up and kissed Tayshia in front of the other men it got some feathers ruffled. But, Katie Morton says it’s likely Tayshia approved of the gesture. So, why would she approve of upsetting the other men on the date?
Well, it’s not that she liked them being upset, but chances are she liked Bennett being so assertive. Katie said a similar situation happened when she and Tayshia were on Colton Underwood’s season of The Bachelor. She said Tayshia had walked up and kissed Colton in front of her and another woman while on a date.
Katie said, “On our season, Tayshia kissed Colton in front of me and Nicole in the jungle. So [the guy’s] said, ‘Tayshia’s not gonna like that.’ And I thought to myself, ‘Tayshia kind of did that!’” She continued, “She was bold with Colton, so actually, I don’t think Tayshia would mind it. If she likes the guy, though.”
Other things Katie Morton said about group dates
Katie also dished that to get good quality time with the lead, one must be aggressive. So, she said when she wanted time with Colton on his season, she would go to her assigned producer for help. The producers know who is waiting and when the conversations are beginning and ending.
She said, “I was the one being aggressive behind-the-scenes, like, ‘I’m going to stand here out of the scene until I get to go talk.’” Katie continued, “You have to do that or else you would be last or not talk to him at all. … [The producers] are producing the show. We’re all essentially sheep and you have to herd the sheep.”
Katie also said, “We don’t know when we can go where. It’s not that they’re necessarily being controlling in a mean way, they overhear the conversations, they know when conversations are about to end or begin. They know whose waiting in the queue.”

She’s dating again
Katie is also reporting that she is back into the world of dating. Recall she and Chris Bukowski ended their engagement last December after getting engaged over the summer on Bachelor in Paradise. She said she has been very private about her dating life and is just now opening up about her new love interest. She is currently spending time with him in London.
