‘The Bachelorette’ Fans Believe Tayshia Adams Ex-Husband Shows Up, Here’s Why
Things are just starting out for The Bachelorette Tayshia Adams. But, it’s been hinted there will be twists and turns as there are every season. It wouldn’t be The Bachelorette without drama. And, Bachelor fans are great at digging for clues and figuring out secrets. Now, there is a theory that has been introduced that has Bachelor Nation buzzing.
Fans think Tayshia’s ex-husband could play a role this season
Us Weekly shared details about this new theory. It all stemmed from a TikTok user sharing what they discovered. The TikTok user pointed out to fans that there may have been a slipup on a promo that was shared on Twitter, November 10.
Apparently, those who have the closed caption open on their videos can hear a voiceover saying, “It’s only a matter of time before she realizes the truth.” Here’s where the theory comes in. The voice is attributed to Josh Bourelle, Tayshia’s ex-husband. The clip then shows Tayshia crying saying, “I can’t do it anymore.”
She has said in recent interviews that Josh did not contact her prior to filming. However, she didn’t say anything about during filming. None of her Bachelor exes contacted her either.
Now, going to Twitter, the promo in question has seemingly been removed. And, the same promo on Facebook has the caption of “Man” versus Josh Bourelle.

Does he show up?
Reality Steve was on Instagram Live Wednesday night talking about the rumors. He said he doesn’t believe Josh shows up, but he actually isn’t sure. So, did production just accidentally dish out their own spoiler? Perhaps Steve will get more clarification or inside information to share with fans. If not, everyone will see it play out in the coming weeks.
Josh and Tayshia dated for six years before tying the knot in 2016. They divorced in November 2017. She admitted on her date with Brendan that their divorce was partly due to infidelity. However, she was clear to point out it was not because of her.
During her date with Brendan, he opened up about his own divorce. Then Tayshia told him about hers. She said, “I married a guy that I met in college. I also had lost myself in my marriage, like my identity was him. But unfortunately, it was infidelity and other issues — not on my part — and then we got divorced and I too felt like I failed.” Tayshia continued, “I too felt embarrassed and ashamed and that fear of, ‘Our parents are going to be upset, our friends are going to be upset.’ So, I know exactly what you mean.”
They both bonded over that moment and the past they share that is very similar.
Do you think Josh will show up to shake things up for Tayshia? The Bachelorette airs on ABC Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET.
