Khloe Kardashian Opens Up On The Pressure To Date Tristan Thompson
Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson may be back together, but it seems it wasn’t all smooth sailing. In a new promo for Keeping up with the Kardashians, she is revealing the pressure she felt to get back with Tristan.
Khloe Kardashian’s true feelings
On the new episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians, Khloe is diving into her feelings when she was making the decision on if she was ready to get back together with her ex-boyfriend, Tristan Thompson Us Weekly says.
“We’re in a really good place,” Khloe tells her friend, Malika. “He’s been super helpful and, when I was isolated [with COVID-19], he would help with so many responsibilities.”
The two quarantined together most of the time so they could be with their daughter, True. In that time, it seems they caught feelings for each other once again.
“His energy is different,” she continues. “He’ll touch my shoulders or something. I’m like, ‘OK, you’re getting little too touchy.’ He’s like, ‘I just want you to know, if ever you are thinking the same thing, I’m here for you.’”
Even the family pressures her
It sounds like he was really invested in his relationship with Khloe and getting back together. Khloe had reservations though. Apparently, she felt pressure from everyone including her family. She continues to get questions about the status of her relationship.
“I feel a little more pressured. Even my family’s like, ‘So, are you guys sleeping together or not?’ I’m like, ‘No, we’re not,’” she says. “He’s never said, ‘I need an answer.’ But, I always feel like he needs an answer as to, like, what we are doing.”
Honestly, it makes sense that Khloe is so on guard. She has had a lot of bad luck with relationships including with Tristan. He cheated on her with her family friend, Jordyn Woods last year. Of course, she would need time to think about if she wants to get back together with him.
“I’ve never had an ultimatum from Tristan,” she says on the new episode. “I just feel like it’s been over a year since we broke up, and now that we’re hanging out more, I can tell he’s getting antsy. … Every relationship I go into, they’re always disappointing and f–ked up. So, I have every reason to be guarded.”
