Are some meetings meant to be? Hallmark’s Meet Me At Christmas is a story about fate and miracles. Starring Catherine Bell (Good Witch) and Mark Deklin (Switched For Christmas), this promises to be the most romantic movie this Christmas season.
What Is Hallmark’s Meet Me At Christmas About?
The Miracles of Christmas continue, with Meet Me At Christmas. What is it about? According to the Hallmark press release, Joan’s (Bell) son, Liam (Luke Bilyk, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow), and fiancée Katie (Sage Kitchen, Fortunate Son) are getting married on Christmas Eve.
Moreover, the couple plan on holding their wedding at a meaningful location. The nuptials will be held at a Colorado inn. This is where Joan and her late husband, Liam’s father, started their own love story.
But, problems arise. The wedding planner quits and leaves the startled group. Joan is ready to help out, as is Kate’s Uncle Beau (Deklin). Beau is a world-famous travel photographer. But, that isn’t why Joan recognizes him. They have a sense that they previously met.
Eventually, they figure out the when’s and wheres. Once upon a time, in that very town, Beau was supposed to meet Joan at a tree lighting. Turns out, this is when Joan met her husband.
Joan’s memory of her husband keeps her from pursuing a relationship with Beau. There is a mutual attraction and bond that is very romantic. But, she doesn’t want to be unfaithful to the memory of the love of her life.
Moreover, Beau has to figure out his own future. Does he keep traveling around the road, taking photos? Or is it time for him to make some roots?
