Hallmark’s Countdown To Christmas continues to roll on with A Christmas Tree Grows In Colorado. Starring Rochelle Aytes (S.W.A.T), and Mark Taylor (The Young and the Restless), this is the story of how another person can bring clarity to your own life.
What Is A Christmas Tree Grows In Colorado About?
According to the Hallmark press release, Erin Chambers (Aytes) is the daughter of the Mayor (Peter Bryant, Riverdale) of Brooklyn, Colorado. Erin, who is the town’s director of community development, is on a mission to improve local tourism. She has decided to make her picturesque town an ideal tourist destination.
She has decided to create an elaborate tree lighting at the town square. But first, she has to find that perfect Christmas tree. She accidentally uncovers a beautiful spruce. Erin photographs it and puts it on social media. Unfortunately, she mistakenly puts it on the town’s social media page, not her own. The local papers go gaga over the tree. And, her dad sees it and loves the tree. Now, Erin has to have it.
But, there is a small problem. Firefighter Kevin Snyder (Taylor) owns the property, thus the tree. A single dad to Claire (Grace Sunar, Snowpiercer), his focus is on balancing work and bringing up his adopted daughter. He isn’t interested in giving up the tree. Can Erin convince him otherwise?
Erin starts to work on Kevin, and soon becomes close to him and to Claire. More importantly, she remembers the person that she was and what she always wanted to become.
Can Erin find a way to balance everything? Will she find romance, and put the town on the map? You will have to find out!
