‘The Flight Attendant:’ All The Latest Details For The HBO Max Mini-Series

The Flight Attendant is a new and original mini-series heading to HBO Max this month. It tells the story of Cassie Bowden (Kaley Cuoco), a flight attendant who meets an attractive man on the plane. After becoming a member of the “Mile High Club” on the plane, they go out on the town. However, the next morning, Cassie wakes up in a hotel room in Dubai with a dead man in her bed. Suffering from a hangover, she cannot remember what happened the night before and wonders if she could be the killer. The FBI appears to think she is.

It is one of those things that can happen to anyone. You meet a handsome stranger and let the chemistry flow. You never think things could get totally out of control and end in tragedy.

According to the official synopsis for The Flight Attendant, it tells the story of how an entire life can change in just one night. Flight attendant Cassie Bowden wakes up in the “wrong hotel, in the wrong bed, with a dead man – and no idea what happened.” NBC dubs the mini-series a “dark comedic thriller.” The story is based on the novel of the same name by New York Times best-selling author Chris Bohjalian.

Kaley Cuoco is best known for her role as Penny in the hit series Big Band Theory. She also starred as Gretchen Palmer in the 2015 film The Wedding Ringer and Bridget Hennessy in 8 Simple Rules. More recently, Kaley has starred in Handsome: A Netflix Mystery Movie in 2017, Young Sheldon in 2019 and Harley Quinn (2019-2020). Cuoco’s latest was her role was in The Cabin with Bert Kreischer in 2020.

Other cast members

Her co-star is Rosie Perez as Megan Brisco. Rosie’s latest roles include Bounty Hunters in 2017-2019 and Birds of Prey (2020). Perez also starred in The Last Thing He Wanted (2020) and For NYC (2020).

Other members of the cast include Michelle Gomez as Miranda Croft, Colin Woodell as Buckley Ware, T.R. Knight (Grey’s Anatomy) as Davey Bowden, Nolan Gerald Funk as Van White. The unfortunate dead man is played by Dutch actor, Michiel Huisman.

Release date of The Flight Attendant on HBO Max

The trailer included below shows Cassie Bowden meeting a handsome man on the plane. The next flashes show her romantic fling out on the town. However, she then wakes up next to the man, who is dead. Cassie remembers nothing of the night before, just vague flickers. As noted by Meaww, the FBI is after her for murder and she wonders if she did, indeed, kill the man. The new, thrilling HBO Max Original mini-series The Flight Attendant will be available for streaming on November 26, 2020.
