The two being spotted together could mean they are back together, but that seems unlikely. Ed and Rose met online and courted for three months when the American native had a trip to the Philippines. However, right from the first meeting, it was clear that this couple isn’t going to get along, and the problems between them began to unfold. The fact that “Big Ed” was old enough to be Rose’s father was one issue. Fans also noticed that Rose didn’t seem to be attracted to Ed.

This has fans thinking that they may be filming for a spin-off.

Ed wasn’t so nice to Rose
Big Ed did many disrespectful and hurtful things to Rose. For one, he lied about his appearance and told Rose he wanted an STD test to make sure she has no diseases. Ed then waited to tell Rose that he is getting a vasectomy, knowing that young Rose wanted kids. Fans become appalled by Big Ed’s rude behavior. Ed also kept his medical condition a secret.

According to ScreenRant, fans believe that Rose could have given Big Ed another chance since it would give the couple a spin-off show. Rose does seem to be forgiving and may want to give Big Ed another shot and the money from a spin-off would be nice. Could this possibly be true? Maybe, but it seems more likely that the two are filming a spin-off that doesn’t include them being in a relationship together. Fans pointed out that there’s always a possibility of a make-over show.
