Cynthia Bailey of Real Housewives of Atlanta is willing to go the ‘distance’ to have a successful wedding. Social distance, that is, because of COVID-19. Cynthia and her fiancé Mike Hill are well aware it’s their responsibility to take necessary precautions for their pandemic wedding.

Bailey said, “Usually, my concern before the wedding would be focused a lot more on the aesthetics.” But things are different now because of the circumstances. Now her main worry is if they have everything they need like sanitizer and thermometers. Cynthia said, “We’ve been super transparent with everyone about [the requirements.] We’re doing everything we possibly can.”

How Will Cynthia Bailey Protect Wedding Guests?

The wedding between Cynthia Bailey and Mike Hill will be indoors on Saturday. The couple originally planned an outdoor ceremony but changed that because of Hurricane Delta. She said luckily the Governor’s Towne Club in Acworth, Georgia, is big enough to social distance inside.

In addition to spreading out guest seating, the couple are taking extra cleaning measures. According to People, a professional sanitation team will clean the entire venue with a cordless electrostatic sprayer.

Guests will have their temperature taken at the door. They will also have to sign a COVID-19 waiver and wash their hands before coming into the ceremony. Hand sanitizer stations and dots will be placed throughout the venue to take the work out of staying clean and staying away.

Jill Zarin Made Face Masks For The Event

Cynthia Bailey said all her guests must wear a mask at all times. In fact, her RHONY friend, Jill Zarin, made all the masks for her wedding. Bailey said her wedding will look like a masquerade ball.

The couple recently took a trip to Ghana together. Bailey said, “It was the most special and meaningful date.” She said that trip solidified their love in many ways. One fan said, “It’s the happiness for me! You deserve every ounce of it. Congrats CB!”

The RHOA star said, “We’re not doing the traditional round tables, where everyone has a name tag and everyone sits together. We have food stations. This is a moving-around wedding. You can literally stand outside and drink and eat if you want to.” She went on to say their main goal is that everyone is safe. This is the second televised wedding for the Bravo star.

Bailey posted the story from People on her Instagram. She thanked the publication, because of their support. She said, “The safety of our guests matters to us on our special day. Thank you all for the kind words, love, and support.” One fan said, “They say if it rains on your wedding day you’ll be married forever.” Everyone is ready to see Cynthia walk down the aisle.
