Why ‘RHOC’ Fans Are Praising Tamra Judge For Keeping It Real
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Tamra Judge always kept it real. It doesn’t matter if it’s on or off the series. She always spoke what was on her mind. Tamra was known for more than just stirring up controversy.
She’s always honest with her followers. And that comes with fitness. The personal trainer is also honest when it comes to diet and exercise. As most people know, abs are made in the kitchen. No amount of crunches or Russian twists will lead to a six-pack. The former Bravo star made that clear in her latest Instagram post.
RHOC alum shows off her “mom abs”
On Saturday, October 3, Tamra Judge posted two mirror selfies on Instagram. In the photos, the VENA CBD founder wears a camouflage bra with olive-green leggings. She pulls down her leggings to show off her stomach. In the caption, Tamra wanted to show her followers the difference between “Instagram abs” and “mom abs.”
“Instagram abs vs real mom abs. No matter how much you work out .. The struggle is real!” Tamra wrote in the caption. “I get so many questions about how to get rid of lose [sic] skin and belly fat the truth is …. NOT much you can do about lose [sic] skin!”
The former weight lifter advised her followers to “eat clean” and “workout” regularly. But that still doesn’t lead to a six-pack. Tamra says to “expect a few rolls when you sit down.” She doesn’t want her followers to be misled by Instagram influencers.
RHOC fans praised her for the honest post. Tamra got over 26,000 likes. Additionally, she received nearly 1,000 comments. Here are just some of them:

Why Tamra Judge rarely posts photos of her kids
The television personality is always active on Instagram. But there’s one thing that fans won’t get to see on her Instagram feed. Tamra Judge rarely posts photos of her children, Sidney Barney, Sophia Barney, Spencer Barney, and Ryan Vieth. Although fans have seen some of them on the show, there’s a heartbreaking reason as to why.
Earlier this month, Tamra took to her Instagram Story to share a screenshot of a comment someone wrote about one of her children. “This is why I rarely post pics of my kids,” she wrote.
“One comment under Sophia’s birthday post said ‘your daughter needs a nose job,'” she explained. “Sophia read it and how did you think that made her feel?”
“What is wrong with people?” Tamra added. Her daughter is only 15 years old. The post she was referring to was a tribute to Sophia on her birthday.
