Days of Our Lives fans are in for a short, drama-filled week. The NBC sudser won’t air on Thursday, October 8 and Friday, October 9. This week will heavily feature the fallout from Allie’s allegations against Tripp.

Steve and Kayle Struggle to Come to Terms With Allie’s Allegations

As viewers know, Allie (Lindsay Arnold) broke down and confessed that Tripp (Lucas Adams) raped her in London. She says he is the father of her new-named baby Henry. Subsequently, Nicole (Arianne Zucker) brings Lani (Sal Stowers) into the situation. Allie tells Lani everything she remembers about the night in question.

However, Tripp has already told his parents that he was never intimate with Allie. Later this week on DOOL, Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) are in shock over the nature of Allie’s allegations. Previously, Steve wondered if Tripp could be the baby’s father, but he never imagined that Allie didn’t consent to being intimate.

The Brady and Horton families are the centerpiece of Salem. Allie’s allegations are sure to divide the residents of Salem, much as fans are divided.

Tripp Confronts Allie on DOOL

The weekly promo shows Tripp in the police station, answering questions about Allie’s allegations. In the next shot, he is standing outside Allie’s door. She is shocked when she opens the door to find Tripp on the other side.

What will Tripp have to say for himself? Online speculation suggests that Tripp is innocent and it was someone else who raped Allie. But who?

DOOL‘s Eli Sets Up Kristen

Meanwhile, Eli (Lamon Archey) is under severe pressure from Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) to get evidence to put Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) in jail. As fans may recall, Kristen accidentally killed Melinda’s daughter Haley (Thia Megia.)

But Eli’s wife, Lani, is trying her best to protect Kristen. Spoilers indicate that Eli is in a hard position. Does he protect his wife or do what Trask wants?

Claire’s Meet-Cute With Titan Newbie Charlie

Actor Mike C. Manning is joining DOOL in a new role. He will play Charlie, an intern at Titan. He has an encounter with Claire (Isabel Durant.) The two have a meet-cute in the park. If you call spilling a drink on a stranger “cute.”

Not much is known about the new character. So, fans will have to tune in to learn more about Charlie.

  1. I am disappointed that I paid money to watch DOOL, Which I have watched forever. The writers have become more Interested in adding the new sexuality of people and acting that a man and woman are not normal. This is after almost everyone was possessed AGAIN. I guess they have run out of anything interesting
