Brandi Glanville & Heather Locklear Connect Amid Denise Richards Drama
Brandi Glanville has found an unlikely ally — Heather Locklear. She made an appearance during the Wednesday, September 9 episode of Watch What Happens Live. On the virtual show, the former Housewife discussed her feud with Denise Richards. Their alleged affair was the plot of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 10.
Brandi did not hold back on her feelings. She also found a cozy enemy during their drama. The reality star became good friends with Melrose Place alum Heather Locklear. The actress reached out to Brandi amid her feud with Denise on the Bravo series.
This an interesting development for those who know about Heather’s past with Denise.
Brandi Glanville and Heather Locklear united against Denise Richards
During WWHL, the former RHOBH co-star revealed that Heather Locklear reached out to her. Heather showed her support for Brandi Glanville amid her ongoing drama with Denise Richards, who announced her departure from the show. Host Andy Cohen asked Brandi if anyone not from the series reached out to her to reveal they are “team Brandi.”
“Heather just reached out to me and said, ‘Thank you’ with a bunch of hearts and prayer [emojis],” Brandi admitted. “It just made me feel like I was bringing this side of Denise out for everyone to see and I wrote back, ‘The truth always comes out,’ and she wrote a bunch more hearts.”
The television personality then invited Heather onto WWHL, but she declined. Brandi revealed that Heather also revealed an important letter in the mail. The RHOBH co-stars weren’t the only ones to get one. It’s any wonder who else Denise sent the legal papers to.
“And then I said, ‘Hey you should be on Watch What Happens Live with me’ and she said, ‘I’ve already had a cease and desist from Denise, so I’m not going to do it,'” Brandi explained.
As fans know, Brandi and the RHOBH co-stars received “cease and desist” letters prior to the Season 10 reunion. They weren’t allowed to discuss Brandi and Denise’s alleged affair during the three-part virtual reunion. Denise made headlines for sending the legal documents after Brandi alleged that the women had an affair back in April 2019. The Wild Things star has denied the allegations.
Denise and Heather’s interesting past
Before Brandi Glanville appeared on WWHL, news broke that Denise Richards won’t return for Season 11 of the Bravo show. Brandi took to Twitter to reveal she pretaped her interview with Andy. She called the timing of Denise’s announcement “calculated.” Denise had an interesting past with Heather as well.
The women ended their friendship after the Bold and the Beautiful star allegedly had an affair with Heather’s ex-husband Richie Sambora. But during her interview with Redbook, she claimed they weren’t friends at the time. She also denied that she dated Richie while he was married to Heather. She only grew closer to Richie because they were dealing with similar issues at the time.
During the interview, Denise claimed they never “planned for anything to happen.” She also denied getting in the middle of Heather and Riche’s marriage.
“But in my heart, I know I did not break up their marriage,” Denise said. “If either Richie or I had felt our marriages were fixable, we wouldn’t have crossed that line. … I definitely fell in love with him. That would have been a big price to pay for just some rebound fling.”
Denise and Richie ended their relationships. She met now-husband Aaron Phypers that same year. The couple wed in 2018 and just celebrated their two-year anniversary.
