Randall Emmett Just Shared a Glimpse at Lala Kent’s Ultrasound
Randall Emmett’s Instagram Stories had a treat for fans. The director posted the first ultrasound picture of the couple’s upcoming baby. Lala Kent revealed last week that she is pregnant with their first child. Since their wedding is on hold until next year, the Vanderpump Rules stars decided to have a baby in the meantime.
Randall Emmett Shares Ultrasound Picture: ‘There’s the Baby’
As fans know, Randall and Lala Kent have been together since 2016. They got engaged two years ago this month. Unfortunately, their April wedding date had to be pushed back to July. Then July came and the coronavirus pandemic was still raging. Now the couple plans to wed in 2021.
Following the footsteps of Pump Rules’ Stassi Schroeder, Randall and Emmett switched their focus to having a baby first. Stassi announced her pregnancy in June, with a January due date.
Lala has yet to announce her due date, but she appears to be around three-months-pregnant in the ultrasound. She chose her 30th birthday as the perfect day to announce her pregnancy to her podcast listeners. She co-hosts Give Them Lala…And Randall with her movie-producer fiance.
In the photo, Randall zooms in and out of the ultrasound. He can be heard saying, “There’s the baby” in the background. However, he doesn’t give any hints about the baby’s gender or when they will find out. See the ultrasound video:
The Hollywood Producer is Now a Director, See the Big Names in His Next Movie
Having a new baby isn’t Randall’s only new venture this year. (Randall has two children with his ex-wife, Ambyr Childers.) In addition to his baby with Lala, Randall is working on his second movie as a director.
The hotshot movie producer tried his hand at directing with Midnight in the Switchgrass. The movie was in production in Puerto Rico when the pandemic hit. Along with stars Machine Gun Kelly and Emile Hirsch, Randall went back to PR to finish filming last month.
At the time, a photo of a sweatpants-clad Lala sparked pregnancy rumors. But she didn’t confirm her pregnancy until early September.

Randall has another heavyweight lineup for his next movie, Wash Me in the River. Hollywood icon Robert De Niro stars alongside John Malkovich. Machine Gun Kelly is also in Randall’s new movie.
MGK actually met actress Megan Fox on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass. The two are now dating after her split from Beverly Hills 90210’s Brian Austin Green.
Deadline reports that Wash Me in the River starts production on September 9, in Puerto Rico.
