’90 Day Fiance’ Alum Jorge Nava Opens Up On Current Weight Following Amazing Transformation
Fans first met Jorge Nava on Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance where he went on to marry Anfisa Arkhipchenko in August 2017. As can be seen from the photos above, Jorge is now a new man. While behind bars for two years on marijuana possession and distribution charges, he lost 128 pounds by working out and eating healthy. As revealed in his divorce petition filed this month, Nava now weighs an amazing 185 pounds. Let’s face it, he has never looked better.
90 Day Fiance star Jorge Nava is a new man
While serving almost two years in prison on drug possession and distribution charges, Jorge makes up his mind to improve himself. By doing cardio exercise, putting on muscle and intermittent fasting, he goes on to lose 128 pounds.
Once Nava is released from prison he posts several photos on Instagram to reveal his new lean look. In July, he writes that he was “weak and vulnerable back then.” The 90 Day Fiance star says he started reading motivational books by @tonyrobbins. This went on to change his perspective on life forever. He says his experiences have made him “stronger mentally, emotionally and physically.”

While still in prison, Jorge shared with In Touch that he ate the food they gave him in prison. However, he sometimes indulged himself on commissary items and would have the odd “cheat day.” Who can’t identify with that? As noted by Us Weekly, Nava started working out with other people in prison who have been training and doing bodybuilding.
Jorge and his split from Anfisa
At that time, Jorge confirmed his split from Anfisa. He said he believes his estranged wife was uncomfortable with his massive transformation. Meanwhile, as can be seen from her Instagram page, Anfisa has done plenty of her own working out. In fact, this 90 Day Fiance alum has released her own training app.

Jorge continues, saying he thinks she was “just jealous of the attention” he was getting. He believes the news of his weight loss didn’t sit well with her. Nava notes that as the photos of his new look came out, everything changed. From that point in time, Anfisa blocks his phone calls, and he kind of loses contact with her. A day or so later, she tells him she doesn’t want anything to do with him.
Jorge recently launched his divorce petition from Anfisa. The reason for their separation was stated as: “Our marriage is broken beyond repair (irretrievably broken) and there is no hope of reconciliation.” Nava also stated they had tried reconciliation, but it didn’t work.
No doubt fans wish Jorge Nava all the best with his future life with a beautiful new woman. Anfisa’s fans are no doubt also wishing her the same.
