See How Joy Duggar Is Spending Time With Gideon Before Baby No. 2’s Arrival
Joy Duggar Forsyth shared a sweet new video on YouTube on Friday. The Counting On star documents a special date with her two-year-old son Gideon ahead of baby number two’s arrival. Joy is due very shortly, so she and her husband Austin Forsyth are counting down. She also gave an update on Sunday as she’s now 39 weeks pregnant.

Since Joy’s due date is right around the corner, she and Austin are getting everything together for the baby girl’s arrival. Previously on their YouTube channel, Joy documented Jessa Seewald and Jana Duggar helping her with the nursery. Joy also shared a few clips of herself and Austin going furniture shopping for a couple of new recliners. Plus, they install the car seat in one of the videos. From what they’ve been sharing, it seems like they’re ready to welcome baby number two.
In preparation for the baby’s arrival, Joy takes Gideon on a special date. Since he won’t be the center of attention anymore, she wants to make sure he knows how loved he is. So, she takes him out for ice cream and to pick out a toy while Austin’s at work. At the dollar store, Gideon chooses a package of Ring Pops and a toy gun set. He seems thrilled about his purchases.
Joy says that she thinks that Gideon will do well with the new baby and that he’ll be a good big brother. She admits that it will be an adjustment.
Duggar fans notice Joy’s belly has dropped
On Sunday, Joy gave fans an update via social media. In the new post, she shares that she, Austin, and Gideon are walking. It’s likely that she’s attempting to start labor. One photo is of Joy taking a selfie while Austin pushes Gideon in the stroller. The second picture is of Joy’s belly.
Joy reveals that she’s 39 weeks pregnant and writes, “Anytime now, Baby girl!💕”
Duggar fans are quick to point out that Joy’s belly has dropped. So, they remind her that the baby will be here very soon.

Earlier in the week, Joy gave an update that she’s still pregnant. This came as a surprise because she was previously silent on social media for a few days. Some fans assumed she had already given birth.
