The Counting On stars got married in 2016. After two years they welcomed their first child Felicity.
Jinger and Jeremy kept their current pregnancy a secret for much longer even though they were excited. But having gone through the pain of a miscarriage they hesitated to get too excited too soon. Jinger went on to say “Now I am nearly halfway, and so I’m really thankful.”
Additionally, Jinger’s miscarriage experience brought her closer than ever to her sister Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth. Joy-Anna is also pregnant after suffering a miscarriage. Both Jinger and Joy-Anna are pregnant with baby girls.
Jinger said, “It’s been amazing just to have her and to hear her heart too and how she walked through the miscarriage before me. But then also now, with the pregnancy following the miscarriage, just how she’s coping with even the fears that you’ll feel.”
Living in LA on top of quarantine
The new season of Counting On will begin on July 7 with a special quarantine episode. The Duggars have all been using video chats to stay connected and follow social distancing.
Even though they are forced to keep their distance, this has been a positive experience for Jinger and Jeremy since they moved to LA.
Jinger wrapped things up saying, “We live in L.A., and so that distance is already there. So for us, it provides even more opportunities to get together with the family over video chat, than even usually we get to.”
