‘Unexpected’ Star Shayden Massey Gets A Fun Gift For Scarlett – Fans Think It’s For Him
Unexpected fans know that Shayden Massey and Lexus split. In fact, he expects another baby with Kylee, so Scarlett soon gets a half-sibling. But he’s always been a great dad to Scarlett and he got a special gift for her. However, many fans think he probably chose it for himself for Father’s Day
Unexpected – Shayden’s giant inflatable gift for Scarlett
What kid doesn’t enjoy inflatable castles, obstacles, and bouncy things? Well, it seems that Shayden’s surprise for Scarlett probably goes down very well with his adorable daughter. He took to Instagram and shared a short clip revealing the whole thing. At the bottom of the clip, it said, “Scarlett gonna love what me and Kyler got her.” Then, in his caption, he noted, “Its gonna be a good Father’s Day.” No doubt, Scarlett enjoys a wonderful time playing around.
But some Unexpected fans think that Shayden probably enjoys it even more than his daughter does. Several people suggested he got it for himself. One fan wrote, “Are you sure it’s for Scarlett and not for you 😉.” Another one also commented, “Don’t lie it’s for you 😂😂😂.” Shayden’s very popular with fans. They love that despite problems with Lexus and even with the law, he dotes on Scarlett. One fan wrote, “Shayden just let me say your an amazing father ur my favorite on the show.”

Shayden clashes with the law, but he’s a devoted dad
Shayden’s devoted to his child Scarlett. When he and Lexus split, it never changed the fact that he spends a lot of quality time with his daughter. Fans heard that Lexus and Shayden split when he did weekend stints in jail. He claimed that Lexus cheated on him while he was away. Actually, a more recent arrest involved “an outstanding warrant and possession of drugs. Now, with Kylee expecting, it’s unlikely the couple ever get together again.
Furthermore, Shayden won’t appear in the new season of Unexpected. However, TLC features Lexus again. Starcasm reported that Scarlett, Lexus, and her mom Kelsey Scheller all return to the franchise. But, Shayden opted to stay out it. According to a post he shared on Instagram, they simply don’t pay enough. He described it as an “insanely low offer.” Plus, he objects to the fact that the execs make plenty of money off the cast who earn peanuts.
No more reality TV for Shayden right now
While fans won’t see Kylee and Shayden on the next season of Unexpected, at least they’ll see Scarlett. Unless Shayden changes his mind, maybe fans saw the last of him on reality TV. But, from the comments on his social media, it seems lots of them admire Shayden for walking away from TLC.
