‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ Caitlyn Jenner Explains Family Dynamic
Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Caitlyn Jenner discusses family dynamics in an exclusive interview provided to InTouch Weekly. Caitlyn raised ten children. She has six children. Additionally, she assisted with Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, and Rob Kardashian.
What we know about Caitlyn Jenner’s family dynamics
Since transitioning from Bruce to Caitlyn in 2015, Caitlyn acknowledges that her relationships with the children have grown stronger. Kylie and Kendall describe their father as their hero, according to InTouch Weekly. Consequently, Caitlyn attributes this to not having to hide who she really is. The I am Cait alum says, “We’re closer because I’m not dealing with all the other issues I was dealing with before and I’m just kind of being me and they accept me for being me.”

Elaborating on that, Kendall shares with People, “When my dad came out as transgender, our relationship grew. She could finally be honest with me. We could talk about deep emotions she was feeling through that time. Growing up my dad was not usually one to all about her feelings so that was a big step for us.”
How does Jenner continue her advocacy for the trans community?
Fans may remember Caitlyn transitioned at the age of 65. However, her son, Brandon, shares that he “wished” she’d done so sooner. He cites the fact that they’ve become closer since his father transitioned as his reasoning.
Relatedly, Caitlyn has this to say about her life, “I’m an old chick, but I’m looking good still and still have a lot of energy, but life is good.” Heartwarmingly, she goes on to say, “It’s funny because all of the identity issues I had my entire life, all of those things have gone. Life is very, very good. No complaints whatsoever.”
Keeping in step with her high energy, Caitlyn also discusses her advocacy work for the transexual community. In light of her upcoming interview with Hollywood Disclosure and host, Serena DC, on FYI Network in July, she says, “I like to do as many interviews as possible, that are the right interviews because trans people need to be out there.” Caitlyn expounds on this, “The more you see in the public eye, the easier it is for the next generation to come up.”

While Caitlyn is seemingly paving the way for the next generation of transgendered people, Kylie says this of her father, “…watching her live out her true self has been the most inspiring of them all.” Kylie also discloses that Caitlyn has her pilot’s license. Giving credence to the fact that by staying in the public eye, Caitlyn continues to educate and inspire those around her.
