‘VPR’: Stassi Schroeder And Beau Clark Reveal The Details On Their $1.7 Million Home
On the season finale of Vanderpump Rules, Stassi Schroeder and her fiancé Beau Clark started house hunting. During the episode, Beau revealed in his confessional that he makes less money than Stassi. Then it showed a scene of the couple looking at a $2.2 million home that made him feeling nervous. Beau Clark explains how Stassi covered the down payment on their $1.7M home
Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark looked for their dream home on Tuesday night’s episode of Vanderpump Rules. Beau told the producers how they would finance their new home.
“Stassi will definitely be putting down the down payment,” he admitted. “I’ve been in my apartment with rent control for 15 years. She’s a number one bestselling author. I have a great job, but I can definitely not put 25 percent down on a house right now.”
After the couple looked at a home that was listed for a cool $2 million, Beau said in his confessional that he has “savings, just not that much yet.” The Next Level Basic author revealed in her confessional what kind of home she was looking for.
“I want something that has character and, like, Hollywood charm,” Stassi said. The couple ended up putting money down on a $1.7 million Mediterranean-style Hollywood Hills home, per Bravo TV.
“We wanted an older home and we wanted to make it our own,” Stassi explained in the interview.
The couple has worked a lot on their home. They tore down the kitchen, added a gentleman’s library, and replaced the stair railings. The couple also wants to include touches of their personality, such as building a gigantic gym and adding an “OOTD” mirror to their “zen” master bedroom.

Stassi Schroeder had a very specific home in mind. In her interview with BravoTV, she joked that her dream house is a “haunted house.” But she’s also satisfied with a home that makes her “feel like I’m in Europe, or like an old movie star used to live there and throw really fabulous parties.”
Once they found their “dream house,” they knew it was going to require some work to make it their own. Stassi and Beau even transformed their garage into their home gym. In his latest Instagram Stories, Beau shared an image of his Lit Method rowing machine. In the caption, he wrote, “Garage gym in the works.”
Vanderpump Rules couple says their master bedroom is “Freakin’ zen”
Now that most of the work is done on their home, they’re focusing on decorating their new digs, per Bravo TV. In her latest Instagram Stories, Stassi gave her followers a look into their master bedroom, which she calls “Freakin’ zen.” Morning sunlight accented their white desk and leather ottoman seats. An all-white bed and light walls added a beautiful touch to their vibe.
Of course, the room has a touch of Stassi. “BTW, got a cute little OOTD mirror,” she captioned a photo of a vintage brass full-length mirror. It’s safe to say that she’ll be using that mirror to post her #OOTD.
