Josiah Duggar Planned A Birthday Picnic For Lauren
It’s a busy time for birthdays in the Duggar family. Ben Seewald, Lauren Duggar, and Jill Dillard all three celebrated their birthdays recently. On social media, their family members have been sharing well wishes for them. For Lauren’s birthday, Josiah planned a special picnic for her. She documented the picnic on the couple’s shared Instagram account.
In the first couple of slides on her Instagram stories, Lauren thanks her followers for all of the love on social media for her birthday. She received lots of birthday wishes in the comments section of Josiah’s birthday post for her. Then, she uploads a few videos from the day before. She films herself sitting in the car while Josiah unloads it and gets something set up. She says that they are in a parking lot and he’s pulling all kinds of things out of the trunk. Apparently, he told her not to peek while he finishes up the surprise. Lauren also reveals that they picked up carryout.
Once Josiah is done setting up the surprise, Lauren joins him for a sweet picnic. He set up pillows and blankets. He also set the table. Lauren gushes over the setup when she sees it. She loves it. In one clip, Josiah suggests guys look at their wives’ Pinterest boards to see what they like. He snuck onto Lauren’s phone to come up with ideas.
In the picnic snaps that she shares, the couple’s six-month-old daughter Bella isn’t seen. It’s likely that a grandparent or relative is watching Bella so the couple can enjoy Lauren’s birthday together.
Birthday wishes for Lauren Duggar
In addition to planning out the picnic, Josiah shares a post about Lauren on social media. He includes a picture of Lauren standing in the grass. She’s wearing a white tee, a black skirt, and a denim jacket. The 21-year-old looks very happy. The second part of Josiah’s post includes a video where he talks about Lauren. He says that he’s grateful for Lauren. Then, he mentions that she makes sacrifices for their “little family.”

The Duggar family also celebrates Lauren’s birthday on their Instagram page. They share a couple of pictures of Lauren. The family writes, “Happy birthday to our sweet daughter-in-love Lauren! We love you and hope today’s celebration puts a big smile on your face!” They use the term “daughter-in-love” rather than “daughter-in-law.”
