‘Teen Mom OG’ Amber’s New Boyfriend Takes Lie Detector Test
Teen Mom OG star Amber Portwood is currently in a relationship with her new boyfriend from Belgium. His name is Dimitri. But is he lying to Amber about things?

According to People, on Tuesday night’s episode, Amber asked her new Belgian boyfriend to take a lie detector test after news of their relationship was leaked online.
During the episode, Amber told Dimitri, “So, you know I’ve got horrible trust issues…and I would like you to do a lie detector test. Just to show me I’m not wasting my time with you.”
Dimitri actually nodded and consented to the test saying it was okay!
She continued saying, “I just want to know that you’re here for me and the loyalty and honesty and the trust from whoever I’m with. It’s going to be hurtful if I find anything out in the future.”
Turns out that this is not the first time Amber has had one of her boyfriends take a lie detector test. She previously had her ex-boyfriend Matt take one. That test alleged that he made sexual advances at other women.
The Teen Mom OG star and Dimitri made an appointment with a hired practitioner to perform the test. The practitioner then asked Amber what she wanted to get out of the test experience.
She said, “I just want to make sure he’s here for the right reasons, that he’s here for me, he’s in the country for me,” the mom of two said.
Essentially Amber was trying to confirm that Dimitri was in this relationship to be with her, and not to profit off of her money and fame in the US.
Did Amber’s man make the mark?
The good news is Dimitri passed the test! Hooray! He did not lie to Amber about profiting from their relationship or wanting her for her wealth.
Amber later admitted that she just felt really unlovable so she had issues trusting him.
Dimitri then told her, “I love you just for you,” and she replied, it was “hard for me to accept you do love me, for some reason.”
The great news is that Amber has found someone she can trust. She can now have that peace of mind that her relationship is the real deal. For the time being the pair is far apart as Dimitri is in Belgium. But aren’t we all a little distanced? Thanks a lot Miss Rona.
