On an upcoming episode of Little People, Big World, Amy Roloff plans a prom. She’s hosting this prom for herself and some of her friends. In a clip from the upcoming episode of LPBW, Amy talks about her plans for the prom. She’s working on the prom plans while pumpkin season is kicking off at Roloff Farms.
She wants to use the prom as a distraction from “everything else that’s going on” in her world. In the clip, she talks to her fiance Chris Marek about the prom plans. He wonders if Amy has too much on her plate or if she can take on everything at once. After all, pumpkin season is a big deal for the Roloff family. She explains that she won’t be spending a lot of time at Roloff Farms this year for pumpkin season. With her new house, moving off the farm, and her mom’s health, she “won’t be able to do that.” Things will be different for sure, as Amy typically plays a big part. She says she feels “detached” from pumpkin season this year. She loves meeting everyone at the farm, but she can’t do it this year.
Nonetheless, Chris and Amy are excited about the prom plans. Chris jokes that he’ll have to bring a flask to spike the punch. He says that’s what he’s heard happens at proms. Amy also reveals that this is the night she’ll be telling her friends about the engagement. So, she’s really looking forward to the prom.
The LPBW matriarch has big plans for the prom. She’s getting a limo and hired a DJ for the night.
Amy is excited to plan a "prom night" for her friends since she didn't get to enjoy one in high school. But it may be too much for her to do pumpkin season at the same time.Tune in to #LPBW Tuesdays at 9/8c.

LPBW star Amy Roloff talks high school, prom
In the preview for Tuesday’s episode, Amy reveals that she never got to go to her high school prom. This is because no one asked her to go with them to prom. She says, “I waited for someone to ask, no one did, so you don’t go.”
This time, while planning the prom, she says she’s not waiting for someone to ask. She’s just planning the prom herself and making things happen. She’s “excited” to go to her own prom.
The LPBW mom continues, “In high school, I might have been a part of things, but I never felt a part of things.” She says she felt like she was on the “outskirts.” She felt “left out.”
Amy reveals that she grew up in a suburb outside Detroit. She says she was the only little person at her high school. She thinks she was the only little person in her area.
