Nikki Bella Bare Baby Belly Dancing in Viral TikTok Challenge
People shares an entertaining Instagram post of Total Bellas, Nikki Bella and her fiancé, Artem Chigvintsev, dancing for the viral TikTok “Savage” dance challenge. Accompanying the dance routine is Megan Thee Stallion’s tune, “Savage”.
Nikki is 24 weeks pregnant with her first child. In the video, she looks absolutely radiant. She is wearing a long white skirt and a sparkly white bra. Artem looks low-key in a t-shirt, jeans, and orange beanie. The couple shares this fun moment while quarantining with Nikki’s, also pregnant twin sister, Brie Bella. Brie’s husband, Daniel Bryan, and their 3-year old, Birdie Joe, join the twins in quarantine.

Nikki admits that she “gave up after a few takes.” She captions the post, “Nothing like when your man and baby are more savage than you!” Seemingly the Dancing with the Stars alum may think she’s lost her moves, but the post is well received by fans, friends, and family. Peta Murgatroyd, of Dancing with the Stars, writes, “Haha love this babe 🔥🔥🔥”
Nikki and Artem are among many stars to take the “Savage Challange.” Notably, Jessica Alba, Courtney Cox, Justin and Haily Bieber, RHOBH’s Lisa Rinna and her daughters have all posted videos dancing during the viral challenge.
Texas rapper, Megan Thee Stallion herself even performs the challenge. RollingStone covers Megan’s reaction to her song in the “Savage Challenge” on Fallon. Megan tells Jimmy Fallon, “I just saw Courtney Cox did it, Jessica Alba, freakin’ Janet Jackson…And now we follow each other on Instagram. I win; Janet Jackson follows me on Instagram. Everyone else can go away.”
Where Did the “Savage Challenge” Come From?
Where did Nikki’s dance inspiration come from? According to AOL, the challenge surfaced in March 2020. Ironically, this viral sensation is during the height of the coronavirus pandemic. A 19-year-old young woman from Ohio named, Keara “Keke” Wilson choreographed the dance. Since becoming a viral sensation, Keke’s TikTok has over 800,000 followers and her posts have been viewed more than 8 million times.
Keke’s also hired publicist, Brandy Star Merriweather. Keke regularly posts her choreographed dances. Merriweather says, “In a time when we are all so disconnected due to social distancing, she was able to unite people from all over.”
