Could A ‘Bachelor’ Reunion Be In The Works?
With the current situation in the world, there will be no new season of The Bachelorette in May. There will be no Summer Games. And, there may not even be a Bachelor in Paradise. It’s looking pretty grim for fans of The Bachelor. The new spin-off Listen to Your Heart premieres Monday to keep everyone sane. However, with filming being halted Chris Harrison said that maybe a Bachelor reunion should take place.

Could there possibly be a reunion? What does Chris think?
PureWow shared all the details host Chris Harrison discussed about how to fill the void with The Bachelorette being delayed. He knows fans want their favorite reality show, or at least something to tide them over.
Chris said, “Believe me, I’m at the front of the line of people that are hopeful of keeping all of this alive. [Bachelor creator] Mike Fleiss, [ABC senior vice president of alternative] Rob Mills, myself, and all the producers talk every other day, if not every day, about how we can create more and more content.”
He went on to say they are exploring many different avenues. Chris said, “We’re looking at all kinds of creative ways. Maybe it is a check-in or a reunion show, or maybe it’s creating some other type of show about The Bachelor that we can get on the air immediately.”

The Bachelor: Listen to Your Heart premieres Monday night
In the meantime, while ABC execs and Chris figure things out, the new spin-off premieres Monday. Listen to Your Heart will luckily fill The Bachelor void for at least a little while. Chris said, “The new show gives everybody a nice escape and a good break.”
The show will feature twenty contestants looking for love but also looking to connect musically. They will get to know each other and go on musically themed dates. Of course, the ultimate goal is to form a bond with someone that completes you with talent, but also love.
There will be famous judges, including some big names from Bachelor past. These judges will be deciding who moves on and who doesn’t. When the show was first announced, many thought perhaps Jed Wyatt would appear on the show. He isn’t and most fans are happy with that.
So while it sounds like it will be awhile before any new Bachelor shows are on the air, fans will still be seeing Chris host Listen to Your Heart. The show premieres April 13 on ABC.
