The Bachelor in Paradise couple is staying with family, according to Yahoo! Entertainment. They’re sharing intimate secrets on how they’re keeping the romance alive during this difficult time.
They haven’t spent most of their time indoors. Ashley and Jared love walking around their neighborhood. When they’re not working on their podcast, they practice gratitude even when things get tough. Like most people, the pair is looking forward to the day when the world returns to some sense of normalcy again.

“I think both Ashley and I try to make sure that everything is in perspective and while the quarantine and self-isolation can be stressful at times, we also are very understanding that there’s a pandemic going on and staying at home isn’t the worst outcome of what’s happening in the world right now,” Jared exclaimed. “We try to just remind ourselves constantly of that. That one day it will be over.”
Ashley added, “But for the time being, for the greater good, it’s our responsibility to try and stay home as much as possible.”
What Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon have learned about each other lately
Quarantine time has taught the couple a lot about each other. In an interview with Us Weekly, the couple revealed that the coronavirus pandemic has quickly brought them together.
“I think like I’m always trying for him to be like, a little bit more whimsical and positive,” Ashley told the outlet during an upcoming episode of the “Here for the Right Reasons” podcast. “I’m a fundamental optimist, and he’s a fundamental, well, he calls realist. … We’re always going to have that issue. I’m an optimist and he’s a pessimist.”
The newlywed also exclaimed that the pandemic has “exacerbated” their differences. While Jared has faith that things will return to normal, he can’t ignore the long term effects. The BiP pair are currently staying at Ashley’s parents’ house on the east coast. They will continue to hide out there until things get better.

“We had the trip planned for the week that The Bachelor ended anyway,” Ashley said. “And then we were like, ‘OK, well, if we’re going to be quarantined somewhere, we should be quarantined with our family and spend that time with them.”
Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon wed back in August 2019. During the latest episode of their podcast, they also addressed why they’re not in a rush to have children.
