Netflix Is Releasing Another Episode Of ‘Tiger King’
Tiger King fans, get excited. Netflix plans to release another episode to the seven-part docuseries, Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness. Zookeeper Jeff Lowe, who played a role in the docuseries, says there will be another episode. Plus, a scripted series about Joe Exotic is in the works.
Jeff Lowe talks about the next episode of Tiger King
Los Angeles Dodgers player Justin Turner is the one who first shared the big news about the new episode. He took to Twitter to share about a Cameo video from Jeff Lowe. The Cameo video is for Justin and his wife Kourtney. On Kourtney’s podcast, Holding Kourt, they talked about Tiger King.
In the Cameo, Jeff says, “Hey, Kourtney and Justin, this is Jeff Lowe from the Tiger King show on Netflix. Thank you for watching our show, Christie said you’re a big fan, and… yeah, you need a life. You just wasted seven hours on us.”
Then, Jeff adds, “Netflix is adding one more episode, we’ll be on next week. We’re filming here tomorrow. Take care, stay safe, and put your mask on.”
So our friend @christie_dish listened to the podcast, @HoldingKourt and after last weeks episode decided to send us this!!!

As of right now, Netflix has yet to confirm this. So, there’s no set date for when the new episode will be on Netflix. But, it seems like Jeff would know what he’s talking about since he’s a part of Tiger King. He played a big role in the first seven episodes, so it would only make sense that he’d know about the eighth episode.
Joe Exotic’s story will be told in a scripted series too
If you are still wanting more of Joe Exotic, you’re in luck. There are plans for a scripted series about him. As of right now, a lot of the details are unknown. Casting is still in the works, or the roles haven’t been announced. We do know that Kate McKinnon of Saturday Night Live will be in the series.
According to TV Line, the show isn’t with a network yet. But, with Tiger King‘s success, someone will surely pick it up. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, there will likely be delays in production. So, a lot of details regarding the scripted series seems to be up in the air. But, as the virus clears up and life gets back to normal, there should be more details.
As of right now, there’s no confirmation of a second season of Tiger King.
