Former Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky Manno is speaking out and giving her fans an update. Ali had been sick recently and was even tested for COVID-19. Luckily, her results were negative. She has since recovered from her respiratory illness and states that everyone in her family is healthy. So what does Ali have to share with fans? What is saving her during this coronavirus pandemic?

Ali shares with fans what is saving her during this pandemic

People spoke with Ali via video chat from her home in California. She talked about how blessed she and her family are to still have jobs and still have each other. Ali said they are cooped up at home like everyone else, but she is trying to find the silver lining. For her, the silver lining is getting to spend so much time with her family.

Daughter Molly is loving not having school and staying home with her mom. They revealed she is normally jealous of her baby brother, but now she is eating up being home with the family all the time.

How are they keeping busy during quarantine?

Ali said the only show she is getting to binge watch during the daytime hours is Peppa Pig. She admitted their children are watching more television than normal, but sometimes you got to do what you got to do. Ali said she still has work she needs to complete on top of caring for and entertaining her children.

Ali said her husband actually still broadcasts a live radio show that he does in their home office. She said she had to whisper that information because the kids think he is not home so they won’t disturb him.

She admitted that when it’s their time to watch television they are binging on The Tiger King as much of the world is doing. While she said they watched it, she didn’t really care for it.

Ali talks about keeping mental health a priority during this time

It is easy to get caught up in emotions with everything happening in the world right now. Ali said she too finds herself getting down and has been a little depressed the past few days. So how does she cope with it all? Ali shared that when she starts to feel too down she exercises. She uses an app and says she instantly starts feeling better.

Ali said being that the quarantine is making everyone so sedentary it is important to keep the body moving. She said that exercising has been her saving grace through all this. It helps her mental and physical health.

Ali also said that she and other fellow Bachelorette alums text each other a lot. With the quarantine and everyone home Trista Sutter suggested a happy hour via Zoom. While not everyone was able to attend the virtual talk, Ali said they were definitely going to try and make it a weekly thing to keep up with each other.

It sounds like quarantine is not too bad for Ali and her family.
