Psych-Os, want to spend your coronavirus quarantine with Shawn and Gus? On Friday, Psych stars James Roday and Dulé Hill have announced that there is a Psych mini-marathon of every single episode. This means that USA Network is airing all eight seasons. There is also some bonus goodies with cast members. So, does this mean there will be an official announcement on when Psych: Lassie Come Home will premiere?

Psych Mini-Marathon

On Friday, James Roday and Dulé Hill went to Instagram to announce a Psych mini-marathon. This is a Psychtactular binge-a-thon! In a split screen video, the two welcomed fans and hoped all were well. Then Hill said, “You’re probably going a little stir crazy right now.” The Suits star suggested that perhaps fans are looking for a “little distraction.” Roday interrupted and said, “and you’ve probably already finished Tiger King.” Then the two rotated back and forth, as they made the announcement that USA Today is airing “every single episode of Psych ever made.”Roday then hysterically interjects with the comment, “even the ones that weren’t that hot.”

The two then discussed that each week there will be two seasons, back to back. This will go on for four weeks, as there are eight seasons of the fake detective show. For example, the kickoff day is Wednesday April 8 at 10 p.m. Eastern. This is for Season 1 and 2. The episodes will keep running, non-stop, overnight Wednesday through Friday. Then on April 15, it is Season 3 and 4. This will continue on until all eight seasons are aired.

Bonus Material

What can make this Psychtactular binge-a-thon even better? How about some bts stories? Throughout the month, Roday and Hill, and their other co-stars Maggie Lawson, Kirsten Nelson, Corbin Bernsen, and Tim Omundson, will be featured. They will each share fun stories about the show. This is quite a treat for Psycho-Os.

Hopefully, this will not be the only revelation. As TV Shows Ace has previously reported, fans have been waiting for the release of Psych: Lassie Come Home, the second movie. They filmed the movie about a year ago. The intention was to air it before the Christmas holidays. Then, NBC Universal chose to wait until the new Peacock streaming network premieres. Well, the rollout day is April 15. Does this mean that they will use this mini-marathon as an excuse to announce the movie premiere? Psycho-Os can only hope.

USA Network is not the only network airing Psych. Psych-Os can catch the comedy on Amazon Prime, and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. The Psych mini-marathon starts Wednesday April 8 at 10 p.m. Eastern.
