Lauren Duggar Films Cooking Video While Stuck At Home
Because everyone is stuck in their homes right now, celebrities and everyday people are trying to find ways to pass the time. Lauren Duggar came up with an idea to entertain herself and her followers. On her Instagram stories, she shared one of her favorite recipes. You can watch all the videos and see how it turns out in her “cooking” highlight on her Instagram page.
In the videos, Lauren shows her followers how to make a chipotle kale sweet potato salad. She says, “Many of ya’ll are probably cooped up at home because of the coronavirus. Same here. I thought I would do, like, a pretend ‘cooking show’ on what I eat since I’m gluten-free.”
She shared the ingredient list and showed her followers how to make it. Josiah and their four-month-old daughter Bella even popped in for a few.
Lauren Duggar is gluten-free
In one of her videos, she revealed that she isn’t allergic to gluten. But, she is sensitive to it. For this reason, her doctor recommends that she doesn’t eat gluten. So, fans can trust that the recipes that Lauren shares with them are gluten-free.
She previously shared a gluten-free cinnamon roll recipe. You can watch the video she made and see the recipe in the couple’s “cooking” highlight on their Instagram profile. Maybe she will post more gluten-free recipes while social-distancing from her home.

Will Josiah and Lauren start a YouTube channel?
It’s possible that Josiah and Lauren will start a YouTube channel. They haven’t mentioned it yet, but they have shared videos on their Instagram stories. Duggar fans have seen cooking videos, nursery tours, and more on their Instagram stories. So, some fans are hopeful that they’ll start an official YouTube channel.
Several of Josiah’s sisters, including Jill Dillard, Joy-Anna Forsyth, Jana Duggar, and Jessa Seewald, have started YouTube channels. This is a way for them to make some extra money if they choose to monetize their videos. There’s been speculation that Counting On will be coming to an end soon. So, it’s thought that they might be preparing for the financial hit that brings.
Based on what the couple has shared on their Instagram page, it seems like they have enough content to bring to YouTube. Plus, they have a good following because they came from TLC. This has helped Josiah’s sisters get subscribers on YouTube pretty quickly.
