‘VPR’ Star Kristen Doute Reminds Fans She’s Still Alive After Lack of Screen Time: ‘Here I Am.’
First James Kennedy, now Kristen Doute. As Vanderpump Rules focuses on Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright’s wedding and cast newbies, fan favorites are getting the shaft. Earlier this month, TV Shows Ace reported on fans being upset about the lack of DJ James Kennedy in the early episodes of the season.
His co-star and ex-girlfriend, Kristen Doute, is addressing her own absence directly by reminding fans she’s still around.
VPR Star Posts Fire Selfie, Wants Fans to Know ‘Here I Am
The Vanderpump Rules star took matters into her own hands. Noting that she was ‘forgotten’ by the show, Kristen used a hot selfie to promote her new book while reminding fans she’s still on the snow.
Following in the footsteps of Stassi Schroeder, Kristen is releasing a book in June. Titled He’s Making You Crazy, the book explores where she went wrong in her relationships and how readers can avoid her mistakes.
VPR co-stars Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix also recently released a book, Fancy AF Cocktails.
Kristen pointed out to fans that while her book won’t be out for a few more months, it’s available for pre-order on Amazon now.

Last week Kristen posted another photo that embodies how she’s feeling this season. The designer holds up a t-shirt that says ‘Doute -vs- Everybody.’
A follower asked where she could get the shirt and a friend of Kristen’s chimed in that she had it made for the VPR star. Kristen then jumped into the comments to imply her clothing company, james mae, will start selling them.

Fans Have Noticed Kristen’s Absence
Even if Kristen’s hadn’t mentioned her absence herself, fans definitely noticed. Many fans took to social media to let her know she wasn’t forgotten.

The Latest On Feud With VPR Co-Star Stassi Schroeder
Kristen’s feud with former friend and VPR co-star Stassi Schroeder is still not resolved. Stassi has gone back and forth over whether Kristen will get an invite to her exclusive destination wedding later this year.
As fans know, Stassi is marrying Beau Clark in October in Rome, Italy. The latest update from Stassi is that she ‘hopes’ to get to a good enough place where she can invite Kristen.
